Companies need to have good teams and the capacity for good management practices to succeed and ensure the survival of business and jobs.
To succeed, companies must ask and answer these questions:
- Are you selling a good product or service?
- How well does the market (customers) know your product?
- How are keeping your customers satisfied?
- Who is selling for you and are they productive?
- How effective are your managers?
- Do you look after your workers?
- Are you tracking performance?
- Do you have a plan?
The Little Blue Dot helps management and planning teams to review current business strategies and develop new corporate and marketing action plans.
