We all know the significance of first things and its potential effect on our day, our plans and hopes.

A book by Juat M Koh

Finally, a business book on a communications planning and management tool that is simple as it is comprehensive.

"One Dish Wonder" is inspired by the author’s passion and quest for an effective planning method to help CEOs, leaders and managers to focus on the key areas of a company - Message, Marketing and Management - the three magical ingredients for managing communication risks.

Like the quintessential one dish meal, "One Dish Wonder" is one-stop and has everything that you need in communications.

When we need answers, we should ask questions

Here are 5 frequently asked questions:

What should our company mission be?
How do we look after our customers?
What qualities should we look for in our team?
Which corporate social responsibility objective should we adopt?
What can we do to manage our business better?

Having asked these questions and worked on getting answers, I wrote The Blueprint Programme.

Nothing gets built and lasts unless a solid Blueprint is drawn. A comprehensive Blueprint addresses two key concerns for a business: message and management.

Companies must have two things: a clearly defined set of key messages aligned with business objectives and a capacity to manage for results.

The Blueprint Programme is a planning tool to help companies define their business mission, strategise marketing and monitor results in a discipline of performance tracking.

It is a thoughtful application that will make life easier for business owners and executives alike.
